The rose petals and such would set a romantic mood, but typically the girl benefits from it more-so than the guys do. You don’t mention anything about the kind of guy youre with, so I cant really say if he’d like it or not…

A guaranteed win though: bring your sexiest lingerie, maybe even buy some new pieces. It doesnt necessarily have to be about dirty, raunchy sex. Just make it unforgettable.

Of course, for my birthday it wouldnt necessarily have to involve sex. Any guy who says they "need" it or whatever, I think is full of shit. Life and happiness isnt all about sex. If my girl took me to a killer concert or something, I would be just as happy. A different kind of happy, yea of course, but nonetheless it would still be a great night.

It depends on whether on not he is the romantic type. Some are, some are not.
On our anniversary, we go for a hot tub and couples message (a tub n’ rub) at a spa.
If you already booked a hotel, you can always do a bubble bath there. Something to have fun before having "FUN".
